Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
- Highly structured and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
- Proactive and curious mindset, driven to explore innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Native or professional proficiency in Chinese a strong plus.
