The role
We're seeking a Head of Client Services to step in for a 6-month maternity cover, with high potential to extend into a permanent position as our team grows rapidly.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our key client, overseeing their entire journey with Camping. You'll ensure seamless communication, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of impactful video storytelling projects.
This senior role requires someone who can confidently manage client expectations, lead internal teams, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
Key Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for our key client, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential challenges, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Account Oversight: Oversee the entire client relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership: Oversee a small, dedicated team, including our Head of Production, Account Manager, and Project Managers, ensuring cohesive and efficient collaboration.
Project Governance: Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all initiatives are executed by our team to the highest standards and on schedule.
Strategic Communication: Represent Camping in all client communications, articulating our creative vision and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in an creative agency setting managing large, corporate clients, ideally within the B2B tech sector.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring a team.
Strong background in project management, particularly within creative services.
Understanding of the video production lifecycle and its strategic application in marketing.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a core requirement and we will be testing for it.

Experience working with B2B SaaS scale-ups.

Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. You must have the right to work in Spain.
Working model
We're trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off.
This is a full-time, 6-month maternity cover role with high potential to extend into a permanent position.
Flexible working hours are a given, as we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.
We work in a hybrid model, with at least one day per week at our cozy office.

What we offer
Immediate incorporation
Gross yearly salary of 40k-55k€ (depending on experience).
