At Factorial we are looking for a Partner Operations Analyst in our Barcelona HQ to help us boost the company growth to the next level 🦄

Reporting into the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our recently created Partner team with Processes, Systems & Data:

• Build repeatable processes to increase the productivity of the Partner team (e.g. Outbound Partner Acquisition, Partner Scoring, Partner onboarding, etc.)
• Administer Partner related systems such as Partnerstack and Hubspot (e.g. attribution, pipeline management) as well as Factorial's backend system in our Partner's Marketplace (e.g. AWS, Microsoft)
• Develop and maintain standardised reports and dashboards to monitor Partner Acquisition & Partner sourced revenue
• Support day-to-day inquiries from the partner team providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries
  
  

Introducing the Partner team

We recently introduced a Global Partner team with the mission to source additional revenue through Channel, Referral and Integration Partners. Led by our VP of Partnerships, the team consists of 75 people from 8 different countries and has steep ambitions:

• Source 5 million ARR by the end of the year (vs 1 million at the time of writing)
• Be responsible for 50% of the total revenue in 3 years time
  
  

Your Profile 🧐

• CRM knowledge is mandatory (Hubspot is a plus)
• Familiar with SaaS Partner GTM motions (Channel, Referral, Integration)
• You are a problem solver and are able to structure and communicate your thoughts clearly
• You want to roll up your sleeves and get shit done
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
