The Role

This is a CEO-level partner role owning People as a product and execution engine.

• Build and scale people products across hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and retention
• Embed execution discipline across leadership (OKRs, Impact Filters, decision rights, governance)
• Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, owning quality-of-hire and time-to-fill
• Design an AI-first people platform to amplify managers, reduce friction, and improve outcomes

• People Ops / HR / Product / Execution Leadership roles in fast-growth environments
• Track record of shipping scalable people systems (onboarding, manager tools, performance, learning)
• Strong operator mindset: OKRs, RACI, written-first workflows, delivery governance
• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, and analytics to people processes
