Job Purpose:

Tu principal misión como Scientific Advisor será dar soporte al plan estratégico del Departamento Médico de vacunas para la estrategia de grupos de riesgo, participando en el desarrollo de iniciativas innovadoras y garantizando la presentación de información científica/médica adecuada y actualizada en lo referente a los productos con el fin de añadir valor a las interacciones con los profesionales sanitarios y siempre centrado en el paciente.

In this role, you will...

• Proporcionar asesoramiento médico y científico sólido y trabajar de forma estrecha con otros departamentos de la organización, asegurando un adecuado alineamiento con los procedimientos internos de trabajo y regulación en el ámbito de la promoción de medicamentos,
• Responsable de la revisión médica de materiales promocionales y no promocionales que se le asignen.
• Implicación en la ejecución de estrategias y planes innovadores de asuntos médicos, que respalden claramente el desarrollo de medicamentos de valor para pacientes y profesionales sanitarios así como facilitar sinergias con otras áreas terapéuticas
• Participación en actividades de interacciones científicas con expertos externos desarrolladas en su área de responsabilidad. Comprensión de las necesidades estratégicas locales del Área Terapéutica y de los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
• De acuerdo con las tareas bajo su responsabilidad, puede estar involucrado en actividades con la Unidad de Negocio, equipos médico-marketing, equipos internacionales u otros grupos de trabajo relacionados con aquellos productos bajo su responsabilidad, actuando como enlace científico entre las necesidades entre Global y Local.
• Dar apoyo técnico al equipo médico regional y responder de manera oportuna y precisa a las solicitudes de información por parte de los profesionales sanitarios.
  
  
  

Why you?

Requisito básicos:

• Grado en Ciencias de la Salud.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés.
• Sólida experiencia en posiciones similares dentro del departamento médico con responsabilidad a nivel nacional en la Industria Farmacéutica. Se valorarán perfiles junior si estas funciones se han desarrollado en el área de vacunas.
• Experiencia en interacciones con profesionales sanitarios.
• Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en el trabajo en equipo.

Requisitos altamente valorables:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

• Experiencia comprobada en trabajar directamente con equipos de MSLs.
• Experiencia científica, conocimiento de los aspectos del desarrollo de medicamentos, las buenas prácticas clínicas y la legislación relacionadas.(quitar)
• Habilidades analíticas en un entorno altamente regulado y alineamiento de estrategias médicas y comerciales.
• Habilidades demostrables en cuanto a aptitudes digitales en el entorno sanitario.
• Experiencia demostrable en el manejo de herramientas informáticas, aplicación de inteligencia artificial (IA) en entornos laborales y uso eficiente de plataformas de búsqueda bibliográfica académica y científica.
