Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of large-scale Workday implementation projects within an international organizational environment. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful rollout of HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project teams to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
• Document project requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good experience in project management or a related area.
• Experience working with Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Understanding of risk management practices.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
