Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Data Scientist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack scalable analytics and machine learning solutions that align with business goals.
• Contribute to the creation of the team vision and the overall approach, both technically and from a business perspective.
• Drive the exploration, experimentation, and development of data and ML models, including proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team, including Product Owners, Data Scientists, Analysts, Stewards, and Software/DevOps Engineers.
• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure that the business value of data-driven solutions is realized.
• Implement and optimize MLOps pipelines to ensure the efficiency and scalability of models in production.
• Support continuous improvement of the data science practice by suggesting new techniques, tools, and approaches.

What do you need to fulfill this job?

• Strong background in computer science, machine learning, modeling, and statistics to solve business problems.
• Expertise in Python for writing, packaging, and deploying scalable code to production.
• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in cloud-based data warehousing services such as Google BigQuery
• Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions and building MLOps pipelines on GCP.
• Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with model testing, validation, and test automation.
• Familiarity with open-source MLOps packages such as ZenML, Kubeflow, MLFlow, etc.
• Ability to work independently and validate your work by combining business insights with technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with a history of working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong project management and change management knowledge.
