We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager (Content, Community & Performance) to join an early-stage electric mobility startup creating a new category in urban transportation. This role will be essential in building the direct-to-consumer marketing engine, shaping brand presence, and attracting the first wave of customers across European cities.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the digital marketing strategy from scratch. (please don't apply if you don't have this experience).
• Set up and manage the marketing tech stack (e-commerce, CRM, email, analytics).
• Create high-performing content across digital channels.
• Build and activate online and offline communities.
• Analyse performance, track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
• Identify and activate strategic brand collaborations.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
• Strong storytelling skills with a hands-on content mindset.
• Experience working with performance marketing tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
• Comfortable working autonomously in early-stage environments.
• Based in Belgium, Italy or Spain.
• Availability for occasional travel.
