The position of Scientific writer Trainee will report to the Scientific Impact Manager. The position’s main objective will be to assist in the preparation and/or review of the medical and scientific deliverables required and derived as a result of scientific activities developed by MEDSIR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support on generating and/or reviewing scientific deliverables (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, blog articles…) that might result from MEDSIR scientific activity.
• Support on developing and/or reviewing medical and scientific material, that might be required to generate awareness of MEDSIR scientific activity addressed to different stakeholders, such as patients, health care professionals, biopharma.
• Help on generating and/or reviewing scientific documents required as part of MEDSIR projects such as clinical study reports, molecular reports and other study-specific documents that require a specialized scientific knowledge.
• Maintenance of inventory/files or platforms on MEDSIR medical and scientific deliverables.
• Participating in the administrative requirements of the Scientific Impact Unit.
  
  
  

💪WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• Scientific background, including the completion of a degree in health sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or a related field).
• Solid writing and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of English grammar and strong familiarity with a standard style guide.
• Good computer skills, including search databases, and MS office package or equivalent.
• Knowledge on the principles of clinical research will be valued.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and oncology research will be highly valued.
