• Install, commission, and service electrical and automation systems onboard vessels, mainly superyachts.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective service work.
• Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions during service and project execution.
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation.
• Plan service activities, including scheduling and milestone coordination.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and technical excellence.
• Optimize resources and contribute to efficient project execution.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements that add value for the customer.
• Lead and develop a high-performing field engineering team.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar.
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the marine sector.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and industrial or marine automation.
• Experience with PLC systems, power management systems, or alarm systems is valued.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of English.
