MLO CORP is looking for a Future Projects Manager to support and develop our upcoming trattoria and hospitality projects across Spain and international markets.

📍 Location: Madrid, Kingdom of Spain

🏢 On-site / Hybrid (depending on project phase)

As Future Projects Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to plan, coordinate, and launch new hospitality concepts—mainly focused on Italian trattorias and lifestyle-driven hospitality projects. This role is ideal for someone strategic, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-growing, creative environments.

• Support the planning and execution of new trattoria and hospitality openings

• Coordinate with operations, HR, marketing, and external partners

• Assist in feasibility studies, timelines, and project structuring

• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with brand standards

• Support international expansion initiatives

✔ Experience in hospitality, project management, or operations

✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills

✔ Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

✔ Passion for hospitality, food, and lifestyle brands

✔ Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
