For one of our main IT customers based in Alcobendas, we are looking for an Influencer Specialist. An Influencer Specialist for one of the most technological and innovative brands in the world. We are currently seeking an experienced profile with a strong focus on Social Media to join our dynamic team. We are expecting you to be experienced in social media/influencer knowledge and promotional events, besides of having good knowledge about Gen Z and latest trends.

• Hours: 09:00h.-18:00h. (40 h/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer content strategies.
• Monitor social media trends, best practices, new content and emerging technologies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness.
• Analyze influencer metrics and provide regular reports with help of our agency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising policies.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and enhance brand awareness

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field.
• Proven work experience in Social Media/influencer divisions
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, overall TikTok and Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience using influencer management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and inform strategies (e.g., Traackr, Primetag).
• Strong understanding of influencer advertising in 2025
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and familiarity with tech-related terminology is a plus.
