Are you a marketer with creativity, analytics skills, and a passion for nurturing customer relationships? Join our Marketing team at Samara and help take our brand to new heights. Here's what you'll do:
- Craft Data-Driven Strategies: Work closely with the Marketing Lead to create and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all channels, using insights to boost performance and drive growth.
- Manage CRM and Nurturing Campaigns: Take charge of our CRM system, designing and executing campaigns that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and conversions.
- Build Social Media Communities: Oversee our social media presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, building a lively community and strengthening connections with potential customers.
- Optimize Content for Impact: Produce compelling content for our blog and other channels, ensuring it's SEO-friendly and aligned with our brand goals, whether for commercial outcomes or creative purposes.
- Analyze and Improve Performance: Use analytical tools to measure content reach, engagement, and effectiveness, proactively identifying areas for optimization.
- Craft Brand Stories: Develop captivating narratives that bring our brand to life, weaving together product stories and company culture for immersive content experiences.
- Understand Audience and Plan Actions: Dive into audience insights to grasp their motivations and behaviors, translating findings into actionable plans for results.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Growth, Sales, and HR teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone, ensuring a unified brand identity.
- Creativity: You’re always thinking outside the box, consistently exploring fresh ideas, and staying up-to-date with content and consumer trends.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- CRM Expertise: Experience in CRM management and a track record of successful nurturing campaigns.
- Proactive Autonomy: You thrive in environments valuing autonomy, and taking ownership of projects with ambition and determination.
