We’re hiring an HR Specialist to help lead organisational change across Spain.

This is a pivotal role in a company currently undergoing transformation — you’ll combine hands-on HR operations with high-impact strategic work, supporting teams through change while ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law.

You’ll play a key role in restructuring efforts, including managing terminations at scale and guiding managers through complex employee relations.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading terminations and managing offboarding processes during restructuring
• Supporting change management initiatives across teams and functions
• Managing contracts, records, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Advising managers on employee relations and local legislation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
• Driving performance reviews and training coordination
• Leading culture and engagement initiatives
• Contributing to HR projects such as restructures and policy changes

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment
• Proven experience with change management and terminations at scale
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law
• Fluent in Spanish with solid English skills
• Based in Madrid, with a flexible hybrid working model

Salary: €40,000–45,000 per year
