TechStyleOS is currently looking for an approximately 6 months period replacement for our Studio Operations Sr Manager (maternity leave).

TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, and Yitty Active.

You will support all of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty Active, our newest activewear brand.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we’re currently looking for a 6 months replacement for our Sr. Manager of Studio Operations, based in our Barcelona office.

How Do You Fit In?

TechStyleOS is looking for a Project Manager profile with experience in team management, to temporarily cover the Sr. Manager of Studio Operations leave. The candidate would join the Studio team based in Barcelona, in charge of producing content for the different brands departments.

The candidate would be the referent person for the rest of teams to request studio videos & photoshoots, and make sure we deliver high quality visual content in due times.

This position works closely with the different Marketing teams to produce best-in-class content that drives conversions. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented and people-gifted individual who thrives in a multi-disciplinary work environment.

The candidate will work hand in hand with the rest of the Studio team, made of the Operations Specialist , the Video & Image Editor and the Studio intern.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating needs from the different teams and gathering all requests into briefs for shootings;
• Calendarize all requests to guarantee visibility for the team and other coworkers;
• Having control from the request placement (pre-production phase) until content delivery (post prod), including being accountable for the timely delivery, quality and effectiveness of all content their team is given to create;
• Supporting the EU Studio in pre-production to ensure the different teams expectations can be met. This includes:
• Sending a production costs estimate for each project and making sure to keep expenses within the limits of the approved budget;
• Models screening and booking, by making sure to respectthe different brands images & guidelines;
• Locations screening and booking, according to each project requirements;
• Ensuring the Studio team has the recourses they need to successfully complete the requests (props, material, availability, etc);
• Ensuring the compliance of the project briefs and timings during shooting;
• Organizing the Studio team editing workload to ensure the content delivery in due times;
• Proactively seeking out opportunities to put TFG ahead of its competition (e.g. competitors’ benchmarks);
• Being a manager to the different members of the Studio team, including:
• Defining processes to ease their workflow;
• Dealing with expected work related situations and challenges;
• Making sure to let them know when their work needs to be challenged // to reward them when deserved, to keep commitment and motivation high;
• Approving time off according to upcoming projects.
