Based in Madrid (Hybrid HQ Role)
We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can bring ideas to life — someone who’s confident with motion, transitions, timing, and detail. If you love creating content that connects with people, and you enjoy a mix of structure, freedom, and variety — this could be a great fit.
Our video team has been producing creative content for years — from interviews and ads to testimonials, brand videos, and internal campaigns. Now we’re entering a new chapter, expanding the team and building a long-term creative department around video.
This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, especially during the first phase. But we’re flexible — and as long as the work is flowing, there’s room for remote work, focused blocks, and space to create. Creativity often comes when you’re not sitting in the same place every day — and we get that.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing a range of content — ads, interviews, testimonials, branded campaigns, and more
- Applying motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and light animation
- Formatting for different platforms and purposes (web, social, ads, internal, etc.)
- Working within clear briefs and brand direction, with space for your own creative ideas
- Contributing to an organised system that supports consistent, quality video output
- Using tools (including AI, if helpful) to streamline workflow and repurpose content
- Collaborating with a close-knit, growing creative team
This Role Is For Someone Who Has...
- Strong experience in video editing and post-production, including motion graphics
- A clear sense of pacing, flow, and storytelling across different formats
- Confidence working across multiple platforms — from short-form to more polished edits
- An eye for detail and care for quality, even when timelines are tight
- Solid knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

- Understand the goal behind each video and how it fits into a wider campaign
- Work with feedback and creative direction while improving the edit
- Use brand voice, structure, and audience targeting to shape the final product
- Take initiative and suggest smarter, faster, or more engaging ways to work
- Contribute ideas to a growing creative department with long-term plans
