The role of the ISDI Program Manager
Reporting to the Program Leader and based in Barcelona, the main mission of the ISDI Program Manager is to be responsible for the planning and coordination of programs, providing student support and overseeing all aspects of program logistics and implementation.
Key Tasks:
- Hand-in-hand with the Program Leader, coordinate the smooth execution of ISDI educational programs (B2C, Corporate, B2G and other Digitalent Group programs).
- Manage the courses’ delivery, as well as reporting on relevant KPIs to monitor and guarantee a great learning experience.
- Be responsible for course development and program implementation.
- Administrative tasks using different tools and platforms such as the Learning Management System (Canvas), Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc), and planning tools and CRM (Salesforce).
- Define Customer Support industry-based best practices, on both clients’ evolution and learnings.
- Identify and empathize with customers’ changing needs all along their training path.
- Warn the Learning Team about any urgent changes to apply to the learning process.
- Monitor key learning-related KPIs, such as NPS, as well as qualitative feedback.
- Proactively react to any issues happening prior, during or after the training.
- Analyze customer-based feedback and results to identify new business opportunities and operational improvements.
- Coordinate current students and alumni events to reinforce the ISDI community.
- Derivate employability needs or job opportunities to the Career Services team.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business and Learning teams to identify any weakness in the Learning process, making sure customers’ requirements are feasible and meet the expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Catalan will be highly valued.
- Databases, CRM, LMS and other platform knowledge is highly desired and will be key
- Methodical profile, detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Comfortable liaising with a wide range of profiles from senior to entry-level professionals.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, professors and other ISDI members.

Summary
The Program Manager role is responsible for managing day to day execution of strategic Aerospace accounts by supporting new part introduction, on-time execution, delivery, and overall performance of new and existing awards. This role works closely with Operations to develop and sustain a Program Management Process. The PM is the main point of contact for the designated customers and is responsible to ensure progress and provide daily updates on new and existing awards. The PM works closely with Customer Service, Business Development, Engineering, Estimators and Operations to present new proposals, recommend pricing, prepare industrialization plans and execute contracts. Contributes to building strategy to offer a customized customer experience for the designated accounts.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures premier service and full customer satisfaction.
- Main point of contact for designated customers.
- Leads work transfers and development of industrialization plans.
- Develops and maintains project charts/critical path, line of balance, recovery plans, customer updates, progress, and tasks reports.
- Organizes and leads multidepartment sessions to ensure quality and on-time delivery of parts and documentation.
- Participates in contract review process and risk assessment mitigation for existing and new awards.
- Resolves conflicts and provides satisfactory solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Interface between the customer and estimating department to provide necessary RFQ information.
- Leads and finalizes customers’ questionnaires and surveys on-time for designated accounts.
- Coordinates with Business Development and Customer Service on proposal efforts, including program, pricing, and customer strategies.
- Oversees compliance to regulatory or customer specific requirements if applicable. (i.e., import/export, licenses, proprietary information, FAA, IC, etc.).
- Travels to customer sites/meetings as needed.
- Identifies opportunities and/or participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Additional Duties, as assigned.
