The Role

We are looking for a skilled back-end developer to join our team in building innovative applications that will revolutionise healthcare.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Backend Software Engineer / Java Developer with a strong knowledge of best practice and the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with other back-end and front-end engineers as part of a product delivery pod to build robust APIs and microservices, optimizing application performance, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall system architecture. The successful candidate will have a passion for building scalable and efficient back-end systems, a strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a diverse team.

Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs and microservices using Java/SpringBoot to support critical business functions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, providing support and expertise across all stages from design and development to testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to proactively identify and resolve operational issues related to performance, monitoring, alerting, design defects, and other factors at all stages of the product or service lifecycle.
- Partner with other engineers, scrum masters, business and product analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive the evolution of our software products.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Proven experience in engineering and delivering software products.
- Deep knowledge and extensive development experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS, with experience in technologies such as Lambda, EKS, and ECS.
- Solid experience in designing complex data models for relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DocumentDB.
- Experience with build and infrastructure tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, for containerization and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of OAUTH, JWT, and other security implementations for securing APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development, including experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube for continuous code inspection and quality assurance.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- While the core focus is on Java/SpringBoot back-end development, experience with Python is highly desirable.

Cómo será tu día a día

Estamos buscando un/a Python Developer Analyst para el Producto Global de Conciliaciones, un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico.

Como Ingeniero de Software te integrarás en el equipo técnico del Producto Global de Conciliaciones, donde tu misión será diseñar, desarrollar y probar el software utilizado en el Producto global, realizando mejoras, asegurando la eficiencia, usabilidad y seguridad de éste, con un modelo de trabajo Agile.

Estas serán tus principales tareas:
- Detallar las funcionalidades requeridas por el usuario, colaborando en la definición de los requerimientos e interpretación de estos, para su posterior transcripción.
- Desarrollar los servicios y componentes que forman la aplicación, e integrar estas soluciones con otros componentes de otras aplicaciones.
- Elaborar toda la documentación técnica requerida de acuerdo con las Políticas de Desarrollo del Grupo y lo estipulado en el diseño de la solución.
- Participar en la certificación del software producido, y en la integración de sus componentes con otros, realizando los ciclos de certificación definidos en la estrategia de pruebas.

Cómo será tu día a día

Estamos buscando un/a IT Project Lead, producto Secretaría General (AAJJ y Santander Legal), puesto clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico.

Nuestro trabajo consiste en mantener y evolucionar el software dedicado al cumplimiento en el plazo y forma de la regulación publicada en materia de apoderamientos, testamentarías, reclamaciones judiciales, cumplimiento de sentencias, etc..., siempre desde el punto de vista de del letrado (informes jurídicos). Somos un equipo muy proactivo, y por eso trabajamos con y por la tecnología, así mismo, usamos metodología agile como base para nuestros desarrollos.

Estas serán tus principales tareas:
- Coordinación con los proveedores y de tareas E2E en el SW de Secretaría General.
- Interpretación de la historia de usuario tanto con la Asesoría Jurídica (AAJJ) y Santander Legal, como el D+I, y el posterior seguimiento en la Producción.
- Analizar si las infraestructuras y sistemas están operando conforme a las políticas del Grupo y los estándares técnicos del sector de IT.
- Revisar las herramientas y mecanismos para la gestión y control de la tecnología en entornos productivos o pre-productivos.
- Hacer y diseñar pruebas técnicas que permitan contrastar si los controles implantados en las plataformas de TI funcionan o necesitan cambiarse, considerando los riesgos que pueden existir.
- Desarrollos tecnológicos que automaticen tests/pruebas sobre controles en diferentes entornos y plataformas.
- Aportar las conclusiones de tu trabajo y aprender de las conclusiones de tus compañeros sobre los test y revisiones que han realizado.
- Interactuar con los equipos de tecnología del CIO, CTO y CISO para entender qué hacen, qué controlan, qué proyectos tienen y qué aspectos deben mejorar.

Accountabilities:
The Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Operations team (ML/AI Ops) is newly formed to spearhead the design, creation, and operational excellence of our entire ML/AI data and computational AWS ecosystem to catalyze and accelerate science-led innovations.

This team is responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, health, and performance of all algorithms, models, ML/AI operations (MLOps, AIOps, and LLMOps), and Data Science Platform. We manage ML/AI and broader cloud resources, automating operations through infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring best-in-class operations-striving to push beyond mere compliance with industry standards such as Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Machine Learning Practice (GMLP).

As a ML/AI Operations Engineer for clinical trial design, planning, and operational optimization on our team, you will lead the development and management of MLOps systems for our trial management and optimization SaaS product. You will collaborate closely with data scientists to transition projects from embryonic research into production-grade AI capabilities, utilizing advanced tools and frameworks to optimize model deployment, governance, and infrastructure performance. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud-native ML/AI Ops methodologies and technologies, AWS infrastructure, and the unique demands of regulated industries, making it a cornerstone of our success in delivering impactful solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

In your role as a software engineer, you will be integral to iptiQ´s mission, working on critical projects that align with our strategic needs. Our Technology Stack

Our cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform runs on AWS. We use Kotlin, Java, SpringBoot, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL on the backend, and ReactJS and TypeScript on the frontend. Our continuous delivery pipeline leverages GitLab. We are using Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana and Grafana as our logging and monitoring stack.

You will

- Participate in designing and developing new features and products that align with user needs and business goals across multiple domain teams and the whole platform.
- Identify, plan and lead technical initiatives to improve the platform as a whole
- Lead the implementation of critical parts within a domain team

Accountabilities

- Familiarity with Kubernetes clusters and Kafka streams.
- Good knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD for data engineering workflows.
- Expertise in database systems.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, and TypeScript. Familiarity with Kotlin preferred.
- Proficiency in security best practices, data protection, and encryption methods.

Desde la Dirección Corporativa de Seguridad (DCS), en el Centro Operativo de Seguridad de la Información (COSI), nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Especialista de Sistemas de Ciberseguridad Cloud cuya misión será gestionar, organizar, coordinar, y supervisar servicios ciberseguridad a nivel Global, operar plataformas de ciberseguridad y participar en la implantación de nuevas herramientas.

Trabajará de forma directa con el resto de las áreas del SOC Global, otras áreas de la DCS y áreas de TI de las entidades y países.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

• Coordinar y supervisar las actividades encaminadas en la gestión de servicios globales y servicios externos.
• Desarrollar y mantener actualizados, los indicadores y cuadros de mando de gestión del COSI.
• Definir y desarrollar pliegos de servicios gestionados.
• Garantizar el buen funcionamiento del servicio de los sistemas del COSI mediante la adecuada definición, aprovisionamiento y gestión de los recursos humanos y tecnológicos de MAPFRE, así como de aquellos gestionados por proveedores externos.
• Supervisar la gestión de auditoria ISO9001, ISO27001, ENS y otras.
• Identificar sinergias entre las distintas áreas del SOC Global y la DCS.
• Colaborar con las restantes áreas y departamentos de la Subdirección General de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.
• Participar en selección e implantación de nuevas herramientas.
  
  
  

¿Qué necesitamos que sepas?

• Titulación: Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similar.
• Idioma: Ingles B2, Español C2.
• Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en puestos con responsabilidades en materia de operación, administración y desarrollo de tecnologías/sistemas/aplicaciones vinculadas a entornos de Seguridad.
• Experiencia en entidades del sector asegurador.
