Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Specialist – Italian Market to join our Sales team in Barcelona, Spain!
You’ll be at the heart of our international sales operations, guiding prospective students through their journey and helping them secure their spot at our schools.
What you’ll do:
- Advise students via phone, email, and online chat on destinations, schools, programs, and visa requirements
- Manage and nurture your sales leads like a pro
- Organise calls and interview requests with prospects
- Prepare and follow up on quotes
- Send brochures and all the info students need
- Turn leads and opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Keep your knowledge sharp on our schools, destinations, and sales techniques
- Work closely with Student Support teams at each school to confirm availability
Qualifications
Skills & Experience You’d Bring
- Hands-on experience in sales, ideally within travel, tourism, or language education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- Native-level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
- Quick learner, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A natural sales mindset – motivated, confident, and results-driven
- Goal-oriented, able to set clear targets and hit them consistently
- Super organised with excellent attention to detail
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative spirit, thriving both independently and in a team
- Positive, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges with energy

Gross salary + very competitive commission system
