🇬🇧 Job Description


The HR Assistant will be based in Madrid and will join the HR team supporting Aurel BGC’s European branches.

The role covers the following locations: Madrid, Frankfurt, Dublin, Copenhagen, Tel Aviv and Milan, offering strong international exposure.

The HR Assistant supports the Head of HR Continental Europe in the administrative and operational delivery of HR activities, within a fast-paced and international environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support employee lifecycle administration (joiners and leavers)
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
  • Coordinate onboarding processes
  • Support day-to-day HR processes (probation, leave, flexible working)
  • Assist with payroll administration and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support on visa and immigration matters
  • Maintain employee benefits information
  • Draft standard HR documentation
  • Support HR reporting and HRIS data accuracy


Profile:


  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Spanish is a plus

L’Assistant(e) RH sera basé(e) à Madrid et viendra compléter l’équipe RH en charge des succursales européennes d’Aurel BGC.

Le poste couvre les pays suivants : Madrid, Francfort, Dublin, Copenhague, Tel Aviv et Milan, offrant une forte dimension internationale.

L’Assistant(e) RH accompagne la Head of HR Continental Europe dans la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités RH, au sein d’un environnement dynamique et international.


Missions principales :


  • Suivi administratif du cycle de vie des collaborateurs (entrées et sorties)
  • Gestion et fiabilisation des données du personnel dans les systèmes RH
  • Coordination des processus d’intégration (onboarding)
  • Support aux processus RH courants (période d’essai, congés, travail flexible)
  • Support à l’administration de la paie et respect des échéances
  • Gestion administrative des sujets visas / immigration
  • Mise à jour des avantages sociaux
  • Rédaction de documents RH standards
  • Contribution au reporting RH (SIRH)


Profil :


  • Première expérience en administration RH
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome
  • À l’aise avec les outils RH et les environnements internationaux
  • Français et anglais courants
  • L’espagnol est un atout
