What you will do:

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in managing service requests and incidents.
- Support the configuration and implementation of system changes.
- Analyze and resolve issues, ensuring process stability and simplification.
- Conduct regression tests and validate system updates.
- Coordinate with external providers to deliver planned solutions.

What you bring & who you are:

- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Good English level required.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Collaborative mindset for working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Self-management and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Nice to have:
- Experience with JIRA.
- Knowledge of AI, PowerBI, and Excel.
