Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Palma, responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students and families. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, arranging and conducting campus visits, guiding families through application and enrollment steps, and maintaining accurate admissions records and databases. The role involves evaluating applications in line with school criteria, coordinating with teaching and administrative staff, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all applicants. The Admissions Officer will prepare admissions reports, support outreach and open days, and contribute to communication materials that present the school clearly and consistently. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset are central to success in this position.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of Education settings, preferably within British or international school contexts.
