About The Function

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

About The Role

Mission

Develop and lead the Reserve strategy in the On Trade channel (HORECA) across Spain, with a dispersed team located near key cities and key customers. They will need to achieve the objectives of halo effect, market share, sales and profitability in a sustainable way through the growth (distribution and rotation) of DIAGEO in its Hospitality clients due to the execution of the activation plans and guaranteeing the professional development of the team.

Main responsibilities

  • Land the strategy and On Trade Reserve commercial plans to achieve the business objectives
  • Ensure the implementation of the Reserve strategy through its correct transmission and close monitoring of the results of each Account Executive
  • Lead the execution of the activation plans in Hospitality, with the aim of reaching the established market share
  • Positively influence the key stakeholders in the organization to achieve the success of DIAGEO in the On Trade channel
  • Develop and motivate the Account Executives team
  • Act as representative of DIAGEO in their area (with internal and external clients) and protect the business and industry in the long term

About You

  • You are an outstanding strategic relationship manager with ability to plan strategically and link strategy with implementation
  • You're highly commercially aware, creative with financial and analytical skills. A highly positive thinker, who can create new possibilities and deal with ambiguity
  • You can gain momentum and to inspire change internally and externally
  • You're an amazing teammate who enjoys collaborating with people
  • You also have relevant experience in managing big HORECA accounts and negotiating with customers
  • BSc/MSc degree of a high academic institution will be considered a plus
  • You're fluent in Spanish and English
