A growing Executive Search and Talent boutique firm is looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to take on a multitasking role, with strong responsabilities and involvement in the day-to-day running of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Define search strategies and identify target companies and potential candidates.
• Conduct direct search and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools).
• Assess candidates through structured interviews and qualitative analysis.
• Prepare and present longlists and shortlists.
• Contribute to talent mapping and market analysis projects.
• Work closely with the team to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Prepare and format documentation in line with the firm’s standards.
• Provide support across different areas of the project as required.

What we’re looking for:

• High-potential profile with a positive attitude and strong learning ability (experience in Executive Search or recruitment is not essential, but will be valued).
• Versatile profile, with the ability to take on a range of responsibilities.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• High level of emotional intelligence, with a human approach and ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, or a strong ability to quickly adapt to digital and technological tools.
• Strong client orientation, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional with integrity, a strong work ethic and a flexible mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
