Job Description:

El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a se incorporará de forma temporal a la dirección de Recursos Humanos de Ferrovial Energía.

Funciones:

• Tramitación nuevas incorporaciones, contratos de trabajo y prórrogas.
• Gestión de la afiliación.
• Calculo de irpf, finiquitos y su pago.
• Preparación de certificados de empresa.
• Confección de partes de Accidente.
• Asesoramiento laboral a centros de trabajo.
• Atención a empleados.
• Aplicación de convenios colectivos.
• Elaboración y mantenimiento de calendarios laborales.
• Colaboración en auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones de trabajo.
• Reporting: costes, plantilla, encuestas, etc.
  
  

Requisitos:

• Titulación en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo o Derecho, no descartándose otras titulaciones que cumplan con la experiencia requerida.
• Experiencia de al menos 4 años en funciones similares a las descritas.
• Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.
• Nivel alto en manejo del paquete Office.
• Experiencia con Contrat@ y Certific@.
• Conocimiento de SAP HR (Imprescindible).
• Conocimientos Workday - HCM, Absences y Compensation (Valorable).
