Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with advanced experience in Oracle Identity Management
(IDM) to join a strategic long-term project in the telecommunications sector. This position requires a blend of strong
analytical skills, hands-on technical experience in Oracle IDM, and a clear understanding of business requirements in
the context of identity governance and access control. The ideal candidate will have a certified background and
experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform business analysis and gather functional requirements related to Oracle IDM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and user roles.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance identity governance workflows.
• Manage and support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal/external regulations.
• Create and maintain documentation for functional designs, incident resolutions, and process improvements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle IDM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications or IT security
domain.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Identity Management (IDM) – including role management, policy design, and
provisioning.
• Oracle IDM Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in incident analysis and resolution.
• Familiarity with audit management and compliance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proficiency in working remotely and across cross-functional teams.
Languages:
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• English is a plus for documentation and internal communication.
