We are searching for a intern Junior interior Designer for our ID Madrid Team. We will provide the candidate with all the interior design conditions and tools, integrating it on a supportive, inclusive and dynamic team environment that its constantly growing with fascinating and unique Interior Design projects portfolio.

Job Role Overview

As a Junior Interior Architect/Interior Designer, you will manage various aspects and scopes of our projects, from initial concept to completion. The role demands a proactive and organised approach to simultaneously handle diverse tasks across multiple projects. We expect the candidate to be able to grow with the company, on the ID Madrid Department, personally and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Be studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
3. Strong technical knowledge of Interior Design and materiality.
4. Strong organisational skills for effective project management.

Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision: Show flair in creative concept generation with keen attention to scale, balance, and colour.
2. Technical skills: Possess knowledge of Interior Architecture & Design. Ability to produce detailed and accurate presentation in InDesign/Photoshop, CAD plans, sections, elevations, and specifications schedules.
3. Knowledge and Research: Good understanding of suppliers, recent design trends, and materials, including lighting ranges.
4. Space Planning: Able to conduct space planning and select appropriate furniture and materials.
5. Detail-Oriented: Produce comprehensive materials lists, detailed joinery, demonstrating a good understanding of necessary clearances and practical considerations.
6. Teamwork: Integrate new ideas with the team, supporting other junior designers.
7. Communication Skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
