About The Role
We are hiring a Native Arabic-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support clients with paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing tools.
This role combines customer support and performance marketing expertise, assisting advertisers in optimizing campaigns, resolving technical issues, and improving results through data-driven insights.
We are open to native Arabic speakers from any country, as long as they are already located in Lisbon.
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):

Buscamos un Desarrollador Web Full Stack altamente capacitado para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar aplicaciones web interactivas. Trabajarás junto a diseñadores y desarrolladores, aportando soluciones eficientes y de alto nivel técnico.
Funciones principales:
- Desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones web con enfoque en UX y rendimiento.
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios para crear productos escalables y robustos.
- Participación en diseño de arquitectura, creación de APIs y optimización de procesos.
- Integración con tecnologías web modernas, especialmente TypeScript y React.
- Posible trabajo con Electron, aunque la experiencia más valorada será en desarrollo con React.
- Reporte directo al Responsable de Programación de Ingeniería.
- Participación en nuevas funcionalidades, evolutivos y desarrollos desde cero.
Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
- Estudios mínimos: Ingeniería Técnica o Grado en Ciencias de la Computación.
- Experiencia demostrable en:
- Desarrollo web con TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones con React (muy valorado) y Electron (no es obligatorio)
- Patrones de diseño de software y programación orientada a objetos.
- Sistemas operativos Linux y Windows, y uso de Git.
- Habilidades comunicativas sólidas.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés técnico alto.
Deseable:
- Conocimientos y experiencia en:
- Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
- Django y desarrollo web en Python.
- Diseño de APIs REST.
- CI/CD.
- Contenedores (Docker / Kubernetes).
- C++.
- Diseño y orquestación de servicios en la nube.

Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree level or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
- 2+ years of work experience in data and technology
- Experience in building data-driven applications with a user-focused mindset and storytelling with data
- Competency in data analytics and visualization with an ability to craft solutions for improved decision-making
- Proficiency in modern coding languages, such as Python or TypeScript
- Understanding of SQL and the concept of relational databases
- Experience with Scrum and Agile development approaches
- Experience with Palantir Foundry
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Gradle
- Knowledge of the Insurance Domain, Financial Industry or Finance function in other industries
- Spanish language (native) is a must, and good communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
