Were Hoply, an innovative startup on a mission to reshape the immigration industry in Spain. Our digital platform helps foreigners obtain residence and work permits, nationality, and family permits simply, professionally, and 100% online.
By combining expert legal knowledge with cutting-edge AI, we aim to transform a traditionally complex process into one thats smooth, affordable, and human-centered.
Now were looking for a Legal Intern who wants to learn fast, understand from the ground how startups work and what it takes to scale from 1 to 100. Youll work directly with our team and lawyers, helping real people build their lives in Spain while learning the full process from qualification to case submission.

Were looking for someone curious, empathetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
What Youll Learn & Contribute To
- Talking with potential clients who are interested in starting their immigration process with Hoply, qualifying their cases, and helping them understand how we can support them.
- Reviewing client documents and ensuring everything is complete and in the right format before lawyers handle the submission.
- Answering client questions with empathy and professionalism through our platform and WhatsApp.
- Tracking the progress of ongoing immigration cases and making sure clients stay informed.
- Learning about Spanish immigration law by studying our internal procedures, joining consultations with lawyers, and researching new regulations.
- Studying the last years of Law or recently graduated, ideally with interest in Immigration or Administrative Law. You can sign a "convenio de beca" with your uni.
- Fluent in Spanish and English you dont need to be native, but you should communicate clearly and confidently in both.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented you take ownership and enjoy figuring things out.
- Eager to learn, build, and adapt fast. You love experimenting and arent afraid to try new tools.
- Comfortable working in a digital, fast-moving environment and curious about how AI can reshape the legal sector.
- Are excited to grow in a startup where your work truly matters.
- Bonus: any hands-on experience with immigration cases or working with clients.
- A hands-on learning experience in a real startup, from day one.
- Mentoring directly from the founder and other team members.
- A chance to play, test and build using some of the most exciting tools in tech and AI.
- Being part of the Google for Startups Campus in Madrid a hub for ambitious entrepreneurs.
- Flexible hours and hybrid (3 days in the office for the first 3 months, 2 days after that).
- Paid internship: 30h/week for the first 3 months at 500. If results are positive, extended to 40h/week for the next 3 months at 750. Exceptional performance will open the door to a full-time role with us.
