What are we looking for?
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role combines specialized responsibilities in compensation, benefits and HR administration, with generalist HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations and training support.
You will play a key role in promoting employee engagement, company culture and operational excellence, working closely with other HR Specialists, managers and external partners.
What you’ll do?
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with the Talent Manager and hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.
- Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Follow up with recruitment agencies and support hiring decisions.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, employment contracts and onboarding/induction processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, job details, performance information).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data in HR information systems and generate reports when needed.
- Update HR databases with employee changes (hires, promotions, terminations, etc.).
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Participate in HR projects such as process improvements, system implementations and policy updates.
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Support the identification of training needs and coordination with external training providers.
- Organize training sessions and track attendance and training records.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support evaluation processes when applicable.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related topics, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Act as a trusted HR contact for day-to-day employee relations matters.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or similar.
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR specialist role.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR administration and employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Spanish and English proficiency (level according to role requirements).
