#About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, systems-minded Operations Manager to support the Enterprise team in scaling internal operations and ensuring seamless project execution. This role focuses on process optimization, automation, documentation, and data integrity. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery team, especially during the launch of new or custom initiatives.
#Main Responsibilities
- Process Design & Implementation
- Create, document, and optimize operational workflows for new and existing projects.
- Design scalable solutions that enable the delivery team to execute efficiently and consistently.
- Automation & Tooling
- Build and maintain internal automations using tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, and other no-code/low-code platforms.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort across repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge Management & Documentation
- Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for operational processes, tools, and workflows.
- Promote a culture of documentation within the team to ensure alignment, reduce silos, and support onboarding.
- Project Management
- Lead or support internal projects aligned with the B2B/B2G roadmap, such as pilots or new delivery models.
- Use lightweight project management practices to track milestones, dependencies, and blockers.
- Project & Delivery Team Support
- Act as the operational bridge for the delivery team, helping translate team needs into structured workflows.
- Support the execution of new project types by developing operational models and frameworks that can be scaled.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain well-structured, accurate data sets in different tools available for the team.
- Support internal tracking and reporting of KPIs, metrics, and operational health.
- Ensure reliable, clean hand-offs between systems, people, and phases in the delivery lifecycle
Experience & Skills
- Background in operations, project coordination, or process management, ideally in a B2B or B2G environment.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite (especially Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
- Experience using Zapier or similar automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n).
- Familiarity with project management practices, even if applied informally or internally.
- Experience creating and maintaining clear documentation and contributing to knowledge management systems.
- Comfortable using platforms like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or other operations or productivity tools.
- Bonus if you have experience connecting tools or managing integrations across systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and can build structure where there is none.
- Analytical problem-solver who enjoys identifying inefficiencies and creating smart, scalable solutions.
- Action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do

- Fluent in English and Spanish, allowing you to collaborate across diverse internal teams.
