We work with everyone from local shops to global icons like FC Barcelona, delivering standout merchandise that connects people and builds brand loyalty.


What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a proactive, Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be the face of Killer Koozys—out on the streets, visiting shops, and meeting with corporate clients to showcase our products and close deals. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home when you’re not out in the field.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Visiting shops, bars, and local businesses daily to introduce and sell Killer Koozys
  • Reaching out to corporations and potential partners—both in person and online
  • Building and managing strong client relationships
  • Giving product demos and sales presentations that get people excited
  • Negotiating deals and managing contracts
  • Following up with leads and existing clients to keep the pipeline moving
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions
  • Using our CRM (Monday.com) to track your activities and progress


What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience, ideally in B2B, retail, or merchandising
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills—you know how to turn interest into sales
  • Excellent people skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, ambitious team
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)—this is a must
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Monday.com) and basic sales tools
  • Knowledge of promotional merchandising or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based role. Your earning potential is uncapped—top performers can earn significant monthly commissions based on sales.
