Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Assistant role located in Alaró. The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, and organize property-related documentation. The role also involves communicating with clients, handling inquiries, updating property listings, preparing marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day office operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, including property listing management and basic content creation
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar administrative role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
