The Role

As an IT Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential day-to-day technology support and contributing to various IT administrative tasks within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with team members and external vendors, offering a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in IT administration and support.

Key Responsibilities

• General Office Technology & Equipment Support: Assist with day-to-day hardware support, ensuring the smooth operation of office technology.
• Microsoft 365 Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Microsoft platforms, working alongside the manager responsible for IT and our external IT support and technology vendors.
• Troubleshooting Hardware: Handle general hardware and Level 1 IT support face to face at our office in the centre of Barcelona.
• SharePoint & Teams: Contribute to content management, data migration and data management on SharePoint and Teams.
• Viva Suite Productivity Apps: Support initiatives within the Viva Suite (Learning, Engage, Goals, Pulse, Insights) to facilitate technologies that provide training, learning development, OKR tracking, internal feedback tracking, and productivity and engagement tracking.
• Microsoft Generative AI: Support the role out and adoption of Microsoft AI tools such as Copilot for Windows, Copilot in Edge, and soon Copilot for Microsoft 365.
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Grado Superior or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with the cloud services; ideally Azure and the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and the Viva Suite, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both internal team members and external vendors.
