  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by offering an impeccable customer service, demonstrating empathy and in-depth product knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for human relationships.
  • Handle after-sales services enquiries to ensure a quick and qualitative treatment of request to generate client satisfaction.
  • Perform required operational tasks to maintain the boutique environment including outside windows.
  • Be a proactive user of CRM and clienteling practices and techniques.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, inventory management as well as reporting tasks.
  • Experience in the retail environment (luxury good and/or hospitality) and in dealing with clients.
  • Passion for the brand and watches in general.
  • Spanish, English.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office automation tools.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good sense of service.
  • Flexibility and team spirit.
  • Organization skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
