Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for Spanish speakers looking to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in various Spanish-speaking positions. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and clients in Spanish across various platforms, providing exceptional support and assistance
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate issues as necessary
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay informed about our product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new environments
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully embrace the experience
