Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer Spanish Speaking Jobs in Greece with a fully paid relocation package! This unique opportunity allows you to start a fulfilling career while embracing a new culture in beautiful Greece. We are seeking motivated individuals who are fluent in Spanish and eager to contribute to our team's success across various roles within our company.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients and customers, providing excellent service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and any other relevant information
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM systems
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
