Our client its a real estate agency in Marbella, recognised as one of the leading names in the Costa del Sol property market.

About the role

They are looking for two French- and English-speaking Telemarketers to become the first point of contact for our international clients. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective buyers, sellers and investors by phone
• Identify client needs and qualify opportunities
• Schedule property viewings and meetings, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
• Keep accurate records in our CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French (required)
• Fluent English, written and spoken (required)
• Proven experience in telemarketing within real estate or a similar sector (required)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Well organised, results-oriented and comfortable working towards targets
• Right to work in Spain (required)
• Based in Marbella or the surrounding area, or willing to relocate (required)
• Spanish is an advantage
