As a Media – Biddable Specialist you will:
- Be responsible for handling all main Biddable media platforms for Social activities, ensuring end-to-end campaign management and execution.
- Analyze, track and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performances.
- Ensure excellence in digital media executions (brand awareness and performance): lead end-to-end process (stay in sync with timings) & achieve briefed objectives.
- Constantly look for efficiencies and ensure harmonies between digital vehicles.
- Support innovation to remain ahead of competition: Connect externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends ; Analyze, keep pace and regularly document search engine, social platforms and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms ; Adopt new/standard methodologies on an ongoing basis
- Work together with Marketing Technologists to enable deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
- Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
- Accountable, Autonomous, Organized, Curious, Dedicated, Analytical, Agile.
- Mastery of Digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting. Preferably, experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Package and Biddable digital Platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok for Business, YT, Google search and Amazon search.
- Ad serving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
- Expertise in leading A/B testing and Brand Lift survey with vendors.
- At least intermediate English level.
