Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madrid for a Doorman. The Doorman will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring security, managing entrance doors, and performing receptionist duties. The role requires maintaining a high standard of customer service and communication while coordinating with other hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Security and managing entrance Doors
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• English & Spanish language mandatory
• Spanish Drivers Licence
