What will you do
- Pre Campaign
- Support the creation and design of campaign briefs for agencies.
- Help evaluate which agencies are best suited to deliver proposals that match the brief.
- Coordinate communication with agencies and ensure they receive the brief on time.
- Review proposals to confirm they align with campaign objectives and brief requirements.
- Consolidate proposals from different agencies and prepare clear, structured feedback.
- Request demographic data for influencers when needed.
- Review campaign budgets, applying past learnings and avoiding duplicated costs.
- Assist in approving agency proposals based on strategy and available budget.
- Manage contract documents, such as rights agreements and confirmation forms.
- Build and maintain a unified publishing calendar for influencer content across agencies.
- Set up selected influencer profiles in CreatorIQ.
- Launch Phase
- Create and maintain a master campaign document with the content calendar, feedback status, script approvals and publication links.
- Receive scripts from agencies and provide feedback aligned with the brief, after checking with senior team members.
- Review final content to ensure it meets campaign guidelines.
- Ensure all creative assets follow Disney brand guidelines.
- Attend events, shoots, and activations when needed.
- Support influencer relationship management during events and activations.
- Post Campaign
- Request final performance data from all agencies involved.
- Prepare a final campaign report including KPIs, links and delivered assets.
- Review tracked content in CreatorIQ: add or remove posts and influencer profiles as needed.
- Complete the CreatorIQ campaign closure and support EMV/SMV reporting.
- Prepare benchmarks using results from past campaigns.
- Identify and summarize key learnings and insights from the campaign.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field (or currently enrolled).
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CreatorIQ is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- We offer a 1‑year internship contract (6 + 6 months).
- Requirements: This contract may be arranged with individuals who hold a university degree, a vocational training qualification (intermediate or advanced level), or other officially recognised equivalent qualifications in accordance with current education system regulations, or a professional certification in accordance with Organic Law 5/2002, of 19 June, on Qualifications and Vocational Training, which authorise professional practice.
- No more than three years may have passed since the completion of the studies, or five years in the case of a worker with a disability
