We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is eager to learn the ropes of visual storytelling within a fast-paced creative team. If you are proactive and want to see how brand aesthetics meet digital marketing in the real world, this is the place for you. You’ll get hands-on experience helping us create impactful content while developing your skills alongside our senior editors and creatives.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

• Edit raw video content into assets for performance marketing, website, and campaigns.
• Re-edit and adapt existing content for different formats, channels, and placements to maximize reach and performance.
• Apply color correction, sound design, music mixing, and effects to ensure polished final outputs.
• Manage and assemble content from internal shoots, the media team, and external creators into compelling brand and performance assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with Tropicfeel’s visual identity and creative guidelines.
• Coordinate the rapid delivery of multiple versions and variations of creative assets to support paid media testing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, balancing speed with high production quality.
• Collaborate closely with creatives and other editors to ensure the final output matches the original creative vision.
• Participate in asset definition and brainstorming sessions, sharing your ideas to help shape how we tell our stories across different platforms
• Maintain consistency of tone, style, and narrative across formats and channels.
  
  

What are we looking for?🕵️

• Background: Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Audiovisual Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Da Vinci and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Creative Eye: A good sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling, especially for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Ads).
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and versions in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.
• Learning Mindset: A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to grow, receive feedback, and improve your editing craft.
• Languages: Good level of English to work within our international team and Spanish is a plus.
