Role |

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for attracting the best talent for our teams.

You will take the lead on the end to end recruitment for a range of roles. You will be also responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience, and you will be the first UKIO ambassador with any potential candidate.

Responsibilities |

• Hiring across different departments and locations around Europe
• Ensuring the best communication with candidates and always sharing feedback.
• Building strong relationships across the organization
• Align the recruitment strategy with our team needs and the growth of the company
• Support on optimizing & streamlining hiring processes
• Composing and executing creative sourcing strategies against prioritized positions to develop superior talent pipelines.
• Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems.
• Writing and improving job descriptions to attract talent and set up expectations.
  
  

About you |

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience working in recruitment, in house or consultancy
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
