You will partner closely with senior stakeholders — including VP Finance BU leaders, Finance Cluster Managers, and Board-level executives — becoming the trusted go-to expert for Group performance, quality of reporting, and continuous improvement of our global finance processes.
If you enjoy operating in a complex, multi-entity environment, shaping best-in-class reporting, and influencing senior decision-makers, this role sits right at the centre of a 400-person global finance community and offers exceptional exposure and scope.
This position reports to the Global EVP Finance of the Rigid Division and there is one person to manage.

- Oversee key non-financial reporting areas such as Health & Safety.
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and controls.
- Challenge existing ways of working and contribute to reshaping Group reporting standards.
- Enhance consolidation and analysis tools (Excel, Cognos, Hyperion) and promote best practices globally.
- Support knowledge sharing and alignment across BUs, clusters and sites.
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership
- Build strong partnerships with VP Finance, BU Finance leads, Cluster Finance Managers and site teams worldwide.

- Strong systems expertise (Excel; consolidation tools such as Cognos or Hyperion).
- Fluency in English mandatory. French is a plus.
