As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our eCommerce Mobile App by improving and innovating the end-to-end customer journey.
- Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize and structure solutions that enhance the app experience.
- Navigate complex scenarios and influence cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, legal, data analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment as part of a squad focused on creating native experiences for iOS and Android platforms.
- Aim to scale our global eCommerce Mobile App and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure a seamless process from feature ideation through to the release, and post-live improvements, collaborating with markets and stakeholders to ensure successful launches
- Shape and execute a strategic roadmap to transform the Mobile App into a world-class experience.
- Manage the Agile squad's roadmap, including prioritization, sprint planning, refinements, and all the ceremonies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, customers, markets, and product data to delight our customers and achieve App objectives.
- Leverage robust analytical skills and a passion for insights to drive positive outcomes while keeping product metrics in mind to ensure we achieve App goals.
- Craft clear product narratives and requirements that inspire and keep the team focused.
- Partner closely with talented colleagues from IT, Analytics, UX Team, and other teams.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create seamless user experiences that meet customer needs and drive engagement.
- Serve as a compelling storyteller, effectively communicating the rationale behind decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring the app meets the highest standards.
- Engage in continuous research and analysis, maintaining an iterative mindset to define problems, propose ideas, test solutions, implement changes, and validate outcomes.
- +6 years as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, specifically within Mobile Apps e-commerce.
- Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and demonstrated success in managing product development within Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
- Experience and evidence of influencing on product vision and strategic direction, not just delivery
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to build trust across levels and geographies.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and navigating between business needs and user expectations.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Senior Digital Web & App para incorporarse a un equipo especializado en la optimización de la experiencia digital (Experience Optimization – ExO). Trabajarás con clientes estratégicos nacionales e internacionales, ayudándoles a mejorar el rendimiento de sus canales digitales mediante analítica avanzada, personalización y un enfoque continuo en la conversión y el engagement.
Funciones
Definir KPIs y objetivos de negocio, asegurando la trazabilidad completa del dato desde su captura hasta su visualización.
Analizar el comportamiento digital de los usuarios en colaboración con equipos de UI/UX y negocio, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
Evaluar y cuantificar el impacto de iniciativas o cambios aplicados, validando hipótesis con datos.
Analizar la eficacia de estrategias de personalización y proponer ajustes cuando sea necesario.
Extraer insights accionables para apoyar la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua de la experiencia digital.
Diseñar y mantener guías de medición del comportamiento digital en webs y apps, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.
Crear y mantener dashboards avanzados integrando múltiples fuentes (Adobe Analytics, GA4, Power BI, Tableau...).
Configurar sistemas de alertas automáticas para detectar variaciones relevantes en KPIs o patrones de uso.

Requisitos
Más de 8 años de experiencia en analítica digital, implementación y optimización.
Conocimientos sólidos en GA4 o Adobe Analytics.
Manejo de herramientas de visualización del dato: Power BI, Looker, Customer Journey Analytics, entre otras.
Experiencia en implementación de tags con Google Tag Manager o Adobe Launch.
Conocimientos en CRO y estrategias de personalización digital.
Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.
Proactividad, autonomía y visión estratégica con atención al detalle técnico.
Inglés mínimo B2.
