Gestión de cuentas de RRSS y ejecución de proyectos del área Digital, contribuyendo a la planificación estratégica y planes de acción en coordinación con el equipo asignado.
FUNCIONES A DESARROLLAR:
• Participar en proyectos digitales de distinta índole e implementar los planes de
acción correspondientes.
• Social Media strategy: planificación y gestión de comunidades, gestión de campañas, seguimiento de KPIs y reporting.
• Social Content y community management: creación de planes de contenido, bajada de ideas y piezas y redacción de copies.
• Gestión e implementación de estrategias de inbound marketing, blog, contenido web y newsletters.
• Gestión de las personas junior del equipo y coordinación con otras áreas de la agencia (creatividad, influencers…) dentro de las dinámicas habituales de los proyectos.
• Client Management: Contacto con el cliente, identificación de necesidades y propuesta de soluciones.
• Seguimiento del proyecto y tareas asignadas.

• Análisis y reporting.
APTITUDES NECESARIAS:
• Experiencia de al menos tres años en agencia o consultora digital como Community Manager, Social Media manager o digital consultant.

Associate Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA
The Associate HRBP will serve as a proactive consultant and adviser to business unit leaders in the effective management of their workforce through performance management, employee engagement, talent assessments and more. In partnership with their Senior HRBP, they will support the implementation of people and organizational solutions across our international regions but with a particular focus on the EMEA region.
