¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?
- Recibirás las demandas realizadas por el 112, de otras instituciones, así como de los usuarios/as que accedan al servicio.
- Realizarás las tareas de comunicación de la Central de Emergencia Social de la Comunidad de Madrid.
- Realizarás la asistencia a los /las usuarios/as tanto telefónicamente como presencial.
- Información y/u orientación al usuario de la demanda de urgencia y/o emergencia social.
- Elaborarás y cumplimentarás los diferentes tipos de informe que sean requeridos.
- Realizarás la valoración e intervención tanto individual como familiar y/o grupal de los/as usuarios/as., así como realizarás la información y documentación necesaria para la intervención.
- Colaborarás en el diseño y /o ejecución de los Protocolos de intervención en emergencias.
- Activarás/coordinarás y/o derivarás a otros recursos y/o dispositivos de emergencia y del a red especializada a la atención de personas sin hogar, el sistema de protección social general y/u otras redes especializadas.
- Acompañaras y apoyarás las tareas encomendadas a los/a técnicas de integración social.
- Otras funciones vinculadas a la coordinación, buen funcionamiento del servicio y cumplimiento de la normativa vigente

Una persona con sensibilidad social y formación en GRADO/DIPLOMATURA en Trabajo Social.
- Experiencia de al menos 18 meses en intervención de urgencia y/o emergencia social y colectivos en riesgo social.
- Se requiere de competencia lingüística certificado B1 en uno de los siguientes idiomas: inglés, árabe y/o francés.
- Flexibilidad horaria para poder atender situaciones de GRANDES emergencias que puedan darse durante el desarrollo del servicio.
- Habilidad para transmitir información de manera clara, cercana y respetuosa.
- Colaborar de forma proactiva con el equipo educativo y técnico.
- Intervención psicosocial con perspectiva de género.
- Coordinación con recursos comunitarios y redes de apoyo.
- Manejo de técnicas de entrevista especializada
- Escucha activa, empatía y firmeza para generar vínculos con personas en situación de vulnerabilidad y actuar como puente entre ellas e instituciones.
