Buscamos personas con titulación en Grado en Educación Social, . Se solicita experiencia con menores en riesgo de exclusion social y con posibilidades de incorporacion inmediata para el puesto de auxiliar tecnica/o educativa/o de turno rotativo de noche de lunes a domingo Viernes a Domingo a jornada completa y contrato indefinido,en uno de nuestros hogares de Madrid Capital con menores en riesgo de exclusión social, tutelados por la Comunidad de Madrid. Puesto con opciones de promocion interna.
Los turnos serian los siguientes:
Semana 1 se trabaja: Lunes de 21:45 a 7, viernes y sabado de 20:00 a 09:00 y domingo de 20:00 a 7:00(librando M,Xy J)
Semana 2 se trabaja : Mrtes, miercoles y jueves de 21:45 a 07:00(Librando L,V,S y D )
Y este ciclo rotativo de dos semanas se repite...
Tareas
AUXILIAR TÉCNIC/A EDUCATIVO/A
Aspectos y funciones generales
Colabora en la ejecución del programa educativo del centro e individual de los/las menores o jóvenes, bajo la supervisión del educador/a y en coordinación con el resto del equipo educativo, realizando tareas auxiliares, complementarias y de apoyo a la labor de éstos.
Ejerce labores de observación registrando las incidencias del turno a través de los distintos canales establecidos.
Atiende y proporciona al igual que el resto de personal del centro o programa, los cuidados básicos y vela por la integración física y psíquica de los/las menores y jóvenes.
Elabora y rellena todos los documentos que se consideren oportunos de acuerdo a sus funciones y participa en la elaboración de proyectos específicos en función de las necesidades de los menores y de las actividades del centro o programa.
Acompaña a los/las menores en sus traslados o salidas, gestiones, consultas, paseos, excursiones y animación del ocio y tiempo y libre en general.
Respecto a los/las menores
Supervisar y asistir de manera directa a los menores, prestando especial atención aquellos que estén enfermos.
Conocer la historia de cada uno de los/las menores de cara a una correcta intervención.
Hacer rondas por las habitaciones de los menores, para verificar el correcto descanso de los/las menores (cada 15 min).
Conocer y seguir las directrices de los documentos que rigen la atención a los/las menores, así como los documentos internos (Proyecto Educativo de Centro, Reglamento de Centro, PEIs, normas, funciones, tareas y responsabilidades propias y de los demás) asumiendo y poniendo en práctica los criterios de funcionamiento allí reflejados.
Proporcionar los cuidados, aplicar criterio profesional y cubrir las necesidades de los/las menores, de acuerdo a su edad y a sus características:
Detectar las necesidades de ropa y calzado y material escolar y extraescolar necesario para sus actividades (lavado de ropa y planchado).
Supervisar y acompañar en los aspectos sanitarios y de higiene.
Garantizar la adecuada atención de los/las menores durante la noche
Articular la respuesta pertinente ante cualquier necesidad que surja durante la noche (urgencias médicas, fugas y comunicaciones, descontroles, llamadas al 112, ingresos psiquiátricos, etc.).
Realizar un control de las llamadas telefónicas que se hacen a los/las menores.
Supervisar, acompañar y guiar en la realización de las tareas domésticas de los/las menores.
Apoyar en el estudio los menores cuando sea necesario.
Explicar y hacer entender la necesidad de cumplir con las normas.
Respecto al equipo educativo
Observar y comunicar las incidencias que se produzcan en el turno de noche al resto del equipo.
En casos de urgente necesidad (enfermedad, trastornos de comportamiento, crisis...) que requiera la intervención de algún miembro del equipo, llamará al educador responsable, el cual valorará la gravedad de la situación y posteriormente realizará la intervención más adecuada a la situación.
Asistir a la formación que organiza la Asociación para los equipos educativos.
Participar en las reuniones del equipo educativo.
Colaborar con el resto de miembros del equipo educativo, en la elaboración y actualización de informes y de la distinta documentación derivada de la intervención con los menores y con el Sistema de Gestión de calidad.
Preparar la documentación y material que pueda necesitar el/la educador/a para asistir a médicos, tutorías, gestiones…
Revisar todos los emails recibidos y los mensajes del contestador automático, anotando la información que sea relevante.
Revisar carpetas físicas de documentación y archivar la documentación pendiente.
Respecto a los recursos materiales del hogar
Mantener todas las instalaciones del Hogar en perfectas condiciones de limpieza e higiene.
Limpieza: Coordinar y realizar las tareas generales de limpieza del hogar y el lavado y planchado de la ropa del recurso y de las personas acogidas.
Revisar periódicamente el estado, funcionamiento, y reparación, si es el caso, de los elementos del hogar.
Decoración: realizar tareas manuales para dar al hogar un ambiente acogedor.
Organizar, distribuir y coordinar con el equipo educativo la elaboración de las comidas.
Revisar el botiquín, asegurándose que todos los medicamentos están en perfecto estado.
Revisar los diferentes cuadrantes como por ejemplo los de las tareas a realizar por los/las menores, economías de fichas, orden de las duchas…actualizándolas e imprimiéndolas cuando sea necesario
Elaborar el presupuesto mensual en base a las necesidades de compras, cumpleaños o extras previstos para ese mes.
Requisitos
-Imprescidible tener la titulacion de GRADO EDUCACION SOCIAL
-Incorporacion Inmediata
-Experiencia de al menos dos años en centros o hogares con menores en riesgo de exclusion social.
-Certificado de haber trabajado con menores de 3 a 18 años.
-Disponibilidad de trabajo en turnos rotativos de lunes a domingos.

Tu misión / Lo que harás
Tu día a día tendrá un impacto directo en dos áreas clave para la compañía:
Gestión de Equipos, Turnos y RRHH:
- Coordinar y revisar las programaciones mensuales de las distintas unidades y servicios, realizando el dimensionamiento de plantillas para garantizar una cobertura óptima.
- Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa, asegurando la correcta aplicación de RD 1001/2010 y gestionando ante AESA las notificaciones correspondientes.
- Administrar el diario de unidad, controlar altas/bajas, y desarrollar herramientas la para la automatización de tareas y control de tiempos.
- Colaborar con RRHH en el registro y mantenimiento de la vigencia de licencias y certificados médicos. Coordinar la programación de turnos para integrar la formación continua y OJT de la plantilla.
Operaciones, Calidad y Cumplimiento Técnico:
- Participar activamente en los procesos de certificación (o mantenimiento del certificado) de la compañía. Elaborar y revisar los procedimientos operativos de las unidades (Manual de Operaciones, Plan de Contingencia, Actuación en emergencias, etc.).
- Participar en la definición de objetivos e indicadores medibles (KPIs) y cuantificables de la operación, así como en su recopilación y posterior análisis estratégico.
- Participar en la elaboración de los Planes de Capacidad de las distintas dependencias.
- Gestionar el suministro de información y/o datos aeronáuticos de SAERCO como originador de datos al AIS.
- Cumplimentar, gestionar y revisar registros e informes operativos dentro de las distintas auditorias y procesos de inspección.
Lo que aportas
- Perfil Operativo-Técnico: Grado en Gestión Aeronáutica, experiencia equivalente demostrable en coordinación de operaciones, handling aeroportuario, aviación comercial o similar. (No es imprescindible titulación en Ingeniería, pero sí una fuerte capacitación e inquietud por el entorno técnico aeronáutico).
- Gestión de Recursos: Experiencia sólida en la creación de cuadrantes, planificación de turnos complejos y gestión de equipos en entornos a turnos (shift-based).
- Conocimiento Normativo: Familiaridad con entornos altamente regulados. Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento del RD 1001/2010 y normativas europeas aplicables al sector aeronáutico.
- Mentalidad Analítica y de Procedimientos: Capacidad para redactar manuales, entender documentación técnica, analizar indicadores (KPIs) y proponer mejoras.
- Habilidades Tecnológicas: Nivel avanzado de ofimática, especialmente Excel (imprescindible agilidad para el manejo de datos, cruce de información y automatización de procesos).
- Actitud: Habilidades de comunicación asertiva, rigor, orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno auditado y orientado a la seguridad (Safety).

About The Role
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. This role is responsible for performing check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy, making sure guests are assigned their requested room types and charged the correct rates. The Receptionist attends to all guest needs with the highest level of hospitality, responds promptly to inquiries, assists with special requests, and resolves any issues to guarantee a positive experience. Additionally, this position safeguards guest privacy and handles all front desk information with strict confidentiality. As a key point of contact, the Front Desk Receptionist plays an essential role in creating lasting impressions and supporting a seamless stay for every guest.
What You Will Do
- Efficiently and courteously check guests in, using their name whenever possible. Ensure that the guest is assigned the room type requested in their reservation and is charged the correct rate.
- Perform check-out procedures at the end of the stay. Verify guest satisfaction, collect room keys, account for any additional charges, and present the final invoice. Settle the bill accurately using various forms of payment.
- Assign rooms for upcoming reservations 48 hours in advance.
- Handle the corresponding daily billing procedures.
- Attend to all guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, fulfilling special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints; assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, opening hours, key staff members, internal events, directions, etc.
- Respond to all guest requests accurately and promptly. Guest interaction will occur both in person and over the phone.
- Safeguard the security and privacy of guests, as well as the confidentiality of any information handled at the front desk.

About The Role
As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a luxury hotel, supporting the team in daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and process optimization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical knowledge in hospitality finance while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and high-standard environment.
What You Will Do
- Verify and record supplier invoices in the hotel’s accounting system.
- Ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and approved by the relevant departments.
- Assist in scheduling payments to suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Follow up to resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices.
- Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts payable status.
- Organize and file documents related to payments and invoices in an orderly and accessible manner for future audits.
- Contact suppliers to clarify any doubts regarding invoices, payments, or contract terms.
- Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable and cash flow.
- Ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Education: Currently pursuing a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control procedures.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
- Excel proficiency: Strong command of Excel functions and other Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in reviewing and reconciling financial records, with the ability to spot discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Organization: Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle various financial tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments, in English and Spanish.
- Initiative: Willingness to learn, contribute, and work proactively in a dynamic hospitality finance environment.
- Experience: Previous experience is not required, but internships or exposure to finance or accounting—preferably within the hotel industry—are considered an advantage.
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn about finance.
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, reliability, adaptability, a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
Languages: Spanish / English.
