En nuestros proyectos, podrás involucrarte en el día a día de nuestros clientes realizando funciones como:

• Planificar y coordinar las tareas de 2 workstreams:
• Diseño de ERP
• Diseño de Procesos Financieros (Fit-Gap analysis)
• Coordinar las tareas de readiness para migración de ERP.
• Dar soporte a la gestión del cambio de usuarios franceses procurando que la comunicación sea fluida y evitar disrupción en el proyecto.
• Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento y comités de proyecto, facilitando la comunicación entre equipos locales y globales, así como la identificación temprana de riesgos y bloqueos.
• Supervisar la adopción del nuevo sistema y procesos por parte de los usuarios clave, recogiendo feedback y proponiendo acciones de mejora.
• Dar soporte documental y metodológico, incluyendo elaboración de presentaciones, informes de avance y material para workshops o formaciones.

The Engineering team is by far the largest at Swan. This team includes Software developers, who build payments and end-customer applications, as well as Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and Security.

What You Need To Succeed

• Full-Stack Expertise: This role is primarily backend-focused, with about 70% of the work on back-end development and 30% on the front-end, requiring solid backend expertise and well-rounded full-stack engineering skills.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA

Pastisart, precisa 1 persona para ocupar la posición de ENCARGADO DE TURNO en la Fábrica de Roda de Berà (Tarragona).

ACERCA DE TU ROL

• Gestionar las operaciones de la producción.
• Control y cumplimiento con los compromisos diarios de producción en cuanto a OEE, merma, sobrepeso y disponibilidad de máquina.
• Garantizar los niveles establecidos de prevención de riesgos laborales, seguridad alimentaria, calidad y medio ambiente.
• Gestionar para que se superan con éxito auditorías.
• Organizar para garantizar el orden, limpieza y organización de la planta.
• Gestionar la máxima disponibilidad y optimización de todos los recursos asignados, en términos de eficiencia.
• Estudiar, liderar y proponer procesos de mejora de los procedimientos de su área.
• Impulsar la polivalencia del personal entre diferentes puestos de trabajo.
• Gestionar que el equipo tenga en todo momento el conocimiento necesario para desarrollar los procesos de su área de actuación.
• Liderar junto al responsable de mejora continua, la implementación de planes de mejora.
• Se responsabilizará de desarrollar y mantener una comunicación bidireccional, y de potenciar el talento.

CUALIFICACIÓN

• Estudios: Ingeniería agroalimentaria o similar

HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS

Experiencia mínima de tres años en el puesto de trabajo o similar.
