What You'll Do
As a Talent Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the global career development activities for our staff. Working closely with the Talent team, you will ensure the seamless execution of the performance management process—particularly focusing on feedback collection, reminders, and the calibration of downward feedback for our billable BCG Vantage cohorts.
In This Temporary Role, You Will
- Support Talent Managers in executing various career development (CD) steps within Workday.
- Run the feedback process in Workday, including the creation, monitoring, and calibration of feedback requests—an essential part of the Career Development and Learning cycle.
- Prepare CD materials and templates for committee meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain and update CD data and reports, supporting robust tracking and analysis.
- Assist in internal communication efforts, creating clear and compelling content and materials to support CD initiatives.
- Working effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment and collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels
- Driving results with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Managing large volumes of data with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrating strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Bringing initiative, creativity, and sharp analytical thinking to your work
- Acting with absolute integrity and maintaining the highest level of discretion
- Adapting to changing priorities and working well under pressure with reliability and flexibility
- Using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze and present data effectively
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications and digital collaboration tools
- Experience with Workday (in operations or implementation) is a plus
- Excellent command of English; additional languages may be required depending on location
- University degree with a strong academic record in a relevant field
- Prior experience in an HR/People team, consulting firm, or other professional services environment is desirable
- Eagerness to learn and actively contribute within a global team
