Reporting to the Alliances leadership, you will be working with direct sales, marketing, product, customer success, finance, legal and support as you demonstrate thought leadership, practical skills, and apply your knowledge and experience to help us grow in this critical area.
Our Enterprise Sales Executives own the relationships with our direct customers and are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships that result in mutually beneficial engagements. They help craft solutions that enable our customers to be more efficient, solve more complex problems and walk the path with the customer to get the best possible results.
Reporting to Sales leadership, you will work across either a region or a vertical and you can bring your knowledge of previous customers with you. We are committed to giving customers the most knowledgeable and most competent partners in sales so that we can succeed together.

What You Will Do

The role includes conducting regular site inspections across EMEA, focusing primarily on Spain, France, and Germany.
The Specialist will assist in developing and maintaining emergency plans, fire evacuation procedures, and facility inspections, working closely with Health and Safety representatives to identify and address any hazards or incidents proactively.
Effective inventory management and the strategic procurement of workplace supplies, furniture, and equipment will support the functionality of our offices.
Additionally, the Specialist will contribute to FM projects that involve the transition to Agile working across the EMEA region, including the development of bid specifications, tender processes, and informed recommendations for new contracts.
Financial Management & Budgeting is a key responsibility of this role. The Specialist will aid in the creation and monitoring of the EMEA Facilities team's budget, including project-specific budgets, and will engage in regular dialogues with stakeholders to fully understand their needs.
Collaborating with the sourcing team to optimize facilities costs will also be an integral part of the position.
Through proactive supervision of cost control and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, the Specialist will challenge conventional practices and advocate for innovative solutions to leadership. Job Summary
The purpose of the IT Data Analyst is to proactively engage with platform developers to support business initiatives for database design, creation and maintenance. Has responsibility for database backups and recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, maintaining security standards and database upgrades. Develops, implements, and maintains an API/ETL architecture that is consistent with the enterprise strategy. Develops and implements an EAI approach that is compatible with guidelines and local application design goals.
What will you be doing?
- Create data models and establish data connections with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, Excel, and external APIs.
- Utilize Power Apps formulas, expressions, and workflows to create interactive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Implement business logic and automation using Power Automate (formerly Flow) to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Determine space requirements for a database, working with developers and system administrators
- Determine and implement the backup/recovery plan for each database, both while in development and as the application moves into production
- Monitor database performance while the application is in development on an ongoing database-by-database basis, to identify potential performance problems before getting to production
- Provide an ongoing tuning process for a database once an application goes into production
- Monitor table and tablespace growth and fragmentation on a periodic basis
- Stay abreast of the most current releases of database software and compatibility issues with the appropriate operating systems as well as intra-database software compatibility
- Create user and developer accounts, and distribute appropriate privileges as needed to appropriate users
- Design, implement and maintain an API/ETL architecture consistent with enterprise needs
- Plan, coordinate and execute API/ETL upgrades as they become available
- Create connections from the API/ETL to source and target databases
- Import source and target metadata from databases, creating objects for developer use
- Migrate mappings and workflows from development to quality assurance to production
