En nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos, estamos buscando un Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) con ganas de involucrarse en una estructura en crecimiento, donde su trabajo tenga impacto directo y donde pueda aportar nuevas ideas.
¿Cuál será tu Misión Principal?
Serás el pilar de la gestión preventiva en nuestra planta de producción, garantizando un entorno de trabajo seguro, así como el cumplimiento riguroso de la normativa vigente.
Las funciones que asumirás:
- Elaborar y revisar evaluaciones de riesgos laborales en la planta de producción
- Implantar medidas preventivas en planta
- Seguimiento exhaustivo de la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
- Realización de inspecciones internas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos
- Realización del seguimiento del plan de emergencias, participando en la realización de simulacros, dando charlas informativas
- Impartir charlas informativas sobre los riesgos específicos del lugar de trabajo
- Participar activamente en la organización y realización de cursos formativos en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales e internos de la actividad de contratas y subcontratas- coordinación de actividades empresariales
- Apoyar en la organización y gestión de la vigilancia de la salud

Requisitos mínimos
- Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales finalizado (Tres especialidades)
- Grado Universitario, preferiblemente ingeniería industrial, ciencias químicas, ciencias ambientales.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial
- Experiencia en el uso de plataformas de gestión de la PRL.
- Conocimientos en ISO 45001.

Tu nuevo puesto
Buscamos al/la próximo/a Responsable de Proyectos de Innovación Tecnológica y de Desarrollo de Proyectos, con carácter de nueva creación, con objetivos de desarrollo, innovación y gestión de proyectos técnicos de I+D en lo referente a certificaciones, justificación técnica y subvenciones para trabajar en MADRID SUR (Zona de Arganda del Rey), asi como coordinar la operativa de todo el desarrollo del proyecto.
Tus funciones se centrarán en:
- Elaborar memorias técnicas de proyectos I+D (arquitectura hardware/software, tecnologías empleadas, grado de innovación).
- Justificar y defender proyectos ante organismos certificadores (CDTI, ENISA, ministerios, etc.).
- Coordinar auditorías y certificaciones (bonificaciones, deducciones fiscales).
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en proyectos innovadores.
- Colaborar en pruebas de concepto y desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios para los proyectos mencionados en la organización.
¿Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto?
Buscamos un/a candidato/a que reúna los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación en Ingeniería, de Telecomunicaciones e Industrial, o similares.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos integrales de innovación y desarrollo de entornos tecnológicos.
- Trato directo justificado con organismos certificadores de la administración pública.
- Conocimiento de productos y proyectos de electrónica, hardware, firmware, software, IoT, diseño de producto, y/o robótica.
- Inglés fluido y disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia en torno al 40% del tiempo.

Role Description

We're on the lookout for an energetic and creative Senior Communications Manager with experience in analyst relations (AR) to join our communications team. The ideal person for this role will drive communications strategy through the analyst relations channel in order to increase Canonical's visibility among industry influencers and shape market perception.

The AR field is becoming increasingly data-driven. Market research is also changing as a discipline thanks to AI models. As the voice of Canonical towards analysts and industry influencers, you will define and implement a strategy for data-driven engagement across portfolio areas, building on key narratives, developing new ones, and establishing relationships to advance our position across markets.
This role will involve close partnership with the Product Management function within the company, as well as the Alliances, Sales and Marketing teams, to communicate key product news and announcements and manage perception of Canonical and its range of products among analysts. You will have the opportunity to shape the AR field in the company and help our organization stay ahead of the curve using technologies like AI to conduct market research and assess market perception, delivering insights to the business.
This is a senior position and sits in the communications team reporting to the Director of Communications.

What your day will look like
- Prepare and execute analyst-focused communications plans for product announcements, new partnerships and other initiatives in line with our go-to-market strategy
- Proactively look for ways to use new technologies like AI to analyze market trends and assess analyst perception and sentiment of Canonical and its products
- Understand GenAI platforms developed by analyst firms and ensure they contain the right information about Canonical's portfolio

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Affinity for planning is a must, experience with project management tools like Jira is an advantage
- Background in product management or product marketing is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. We are hiring a Regional HR Manager for APAC to join our People team at Canonical.
With 1,200+ colleagues across 75 countries, we require a People function that thinks and acts globally. We're looking for a regional lead that will report into our Global Head of HR who can help build our company as we go through continued growth plans. It's an exciting time to join with the opportunity to help shape and create an HR function for the future. You will lead the APAC team of HR professionals to provide precise, compliant and scalable HR operations to the business, advise and execute on HR issues across the whole employee life-cycle, and partner with senior leadership in your region. You will have an analytical approach, a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data trends and themes.
The role entails the individual to:
- Lead and scale Canonical's regional HR team
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy
- Interact closely with the broader People team to create tight-knit processes across all regions
- Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive high performing teams
- Work with senior managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planning
- Own as well as coach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues, across multiple countries
- Partner with people managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
- Establish a trusted partnership with the business in your region
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally
- Present at Canonical events to articulate Canonical's HR practices
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
- People management experience
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
- A good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines too
- Experience in working in a remote first organization
- Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law across APAC
- Experience in handling and overseeing complex ER matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
- Self motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded, enthusiastic and energetic
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
- Experience with immigration policies and mobility processes
- Professional HR qualification (CIPD/SHRM or other)
