Our Talent Science team has a mission to ensure that we follow objective, scientifically rigorous and efficient processes to select the very best new colleagues regardless of location, culture or background. Due to growth of our team we are now hiring into 4 new leadership roles in our Talent Science team, to lead on delivery excellence. You will work directly with the Global Head of Talent Science to plan and drive work within the team against our strategic objectives. With overall accountability for project delivery relating to hiring outcomes you will drive efficiencies and create new processes whilst coaching and developing team members to grow their careers.
You will bring an analytical and objective approach to work and be seasoned in making data driven decisions relating to talent outcomes. Your experience will include being able to drive complete project roadmaps, experience interacting with senior leadership on talent related topics leveraging your thought leadership experience and the ability to influence and steer talent agendas internally. You will be capable of stepping up to lead the function when required. Experience of working with career frameworks and hiring outcomes is an essential requirement of this role.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
The role entails
- Leading and delivering the strategic Talent Science project roadmap using exceptional project management capability and influencing skills to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Leveraging expertise from your career to date to design and implement solutions to complex problems that ultimately ensure we hire exceptional talent.
- Ensuring all talent selection initiatives map to high performance outcomes and career frameworks.
- Designing professional processes and frameworks, allowing efficient delivery of our agenda.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to grow and develop skill sets specifically around analytical capabilities and thought leadership, developing training materials and documentation to support team members.
- Driving and representing the team in the absence of the Head of, acting as a credible and trusted adviser and an inspiring leader.

- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in a psychology or people based subject.

IQU R&D has been providing global solutions and services in the use of Internet and Telecommunications to companies and institutions that use information and communication technologies in commercial, marketing, management and business communication areas. IQU’s R&D has a focused business plan specifically intended on delivering a “new generation of tools for system level evaluation of wireless integrated communication systems towards the society digital transformation”. The R&D has extensive know-how in new concepts such as network/RAN virtualization, programmable networks, network slicing, cell-free, Artificial Intelligence and is also active in the fast-growing IoT paradigm with a plethora of vertical use cases. IQU´s R&D offers well established experimentation tools in 5G and IoT. IQU is active in many EU funded research projects related to 5G, 6G Smart Grid and IoT in collaboration with big European vendors and operators.
IQU´s R&D department is looking for one Researcher in the framework of H2020 and Horizon Europe projects. The work focuses on the analytical evaluation of the proposed solutions as well as proof of concepts in inhouse experimentation platforms. The successful applicant should have a PhD or Master degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
Tasks
The selected candidate will:
- Contribute software for cutting edge research projects related to 5G/6G Network and Service management, Zero Touch Networks, Data-Driven Communications using AI/ML, LLM and experimental validation.
- Be in contact and work with cutting-edge technology, validated at our in-house experimental 5G platforms.
- Work in challenging 5G/6G and IoT R&D projects and represent the company in project meetings and research initiatives.
- Represent IQU in exhibitions like Mobile World Congress Forum, IoT Solutions World Congress, Smart Cities Expo etc.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Position_1. Cloud or Software Engineer
- Experience with Linux server operating systems
- Familiar with cloud-native (Docker and container networking or Kubernetes) principles (and optionally K8s)
- Preferred programming languages: Python
- Preferred experience with Git, Terraform, and Ansible
Position_2. Network Engineer
- A strong understanding of basic networking principles and networking protocols
- Can configure hardware and network equipment like routers, switches (optionally: 5G base stations)
- Preferred knowledge of 4G / 5G architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Kubernetes orchestration

Responsabilidades clave
- Gestión integral del ciclo de vida del producto

Coordinación interfuncional y enfoque estratégico

Calidad, field testing y experiencia de cliente
- En colaboración con IT y Operaciones, liderar actividades de field testing en entornos diversos (urbano, rural, montaña, etc.) para validar funcionalidad y robustez del producto antes del lanzamiento.
- Realizar seguimiento continuo del producto en producción, con labores de QA proactiva durante todo su ciclo de vida.
- Revisar, diseñar y coordinar una experiencia de cliente sobresaliente, desde el onboarding hasta el soporte postventa, con foco en reducir el churn y maximizar la satisfacción.
- Diseñar e implementar puntos de control de satisfacción del cliente (encuestas, NPS, entrevistas, etc.) para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
Análisis competitivo y oportunidades de valor añadido
- Realizar análisis de competencia a distintos niveles: funcionalidades, especificaciones, procesos de onboarding, UX, servicio postventa, etc.
- Detectar, coordinar y ejecutar oportunidades de partnerships de contenido, patrocinio o alianzas estratégicas que enriquezcan la propuesta de valor del producto (ej. integración con marcas, eventos, IPs reconocidas...).
- Hacer una propuesta de valor: funcionalidades, estrategia de pricing (canales, descuentos, etc.) y posicionamiento, experiencia E2E (desde awareness a postventa).

- Gestionar relaciones con fabricantes, especialmente en Asia, para entender tendencias tecnológicas, negociar condiciones, coordinar prototipos y garantizar los plazos de entrega y calidad.
- Identificar oportunidades de innovación aplicables y estar al tanto de la evolución del ecosistema wearable e IoT.
Requisitos
- Formación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en roles de Product Management en entornos de desarrollo de producto tecnológico.
- Sólida capacidad de coordinación con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
- Experiencia en start-ups o empresas tecnológicas emergentes.
- Capacidad para analizar mercado, competencia y usuarios desde una perspectiva estratégica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, documentación y liderazgo colaborativo.
